Mike has helped us purchase the perfect first home and then 3 years later helped us sell it and find a new home. The process has been smoother than could be expected both times. I can’t imagine making such a huge decision without having the help of someone you trust, and Mike was definitely that person for us. He has always been very responsive and attentive to us and is one of the most pleasant people to work with. I would recommend him as a realtor to anyone.

We were out of town buyers and Mike was, without a doubt, extremely personable as well as knowledgeable of the area where we were interested in locating. Never once had a problem being able to get in touch with him. Continually sent us updated listings for consideration & made himself available to assist us on our visits to the area.

Mike's 41 years of experience paid off for us in many ways. Although we made our own decisions, Mike's ability to assist in negotiations proved to be both timely and fruitful. We have purchased two houses (2008 and 2017) in Arizona both times using Mike Foley as our agent. The first was a short sale. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in the process.
